PAUL L. BASS JR

Paul L. Bass, Jr., 56 of Robinson, IL, died unexpectedly at the Crawford Memorial Hospital in Robinson Sunday, October 15, 2006. He was born September 1, 1950 in Midland, TX, the son of Paul Bass Sr. and Agnes M. Shaw Bass.

He was employed at Bay Industrial Safety Services; was a member and Past Exalted Ruler of the Robinson Elks Lodge #1188; a member of the Robinson Masonic Lodge #250; and member of the Sons of the American Legion.

He is survived by his father, Paul Bass, Sr.; his brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Carole Bass, Newton; his step daughter, Kelly Miller, Florida; 2 nephews, Ryan and Jonathan Bass, Newton; a special friend, Betty Brown, rural Flat Rock; and his ex-wife, Cindy Bass, Robinson. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 19th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Rev. Glenn Parker is in charge of services. Grave side services will be held in the Sandy Branch Cemetery, rural Kinmundy, IL at 2:00 p.m. Thursday. Visitation is at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 18th. Following visitation, there will be an Elks memorial service, conducted by the Robinson Elks Lodge #1188 and a Masonic Service conducted by the Robinson Masonic Lodge #250.
