MARK LEON INBODEN

Mark Leon Inboden, 50 of Robinson, IL, formerly of Dallas, TX died at 3:15 p.m. Friday, May 19, 2006 at Crawford Memorial Hospital in Robinson after an extended illness. He was born May 5, 1956 in Robinson, IL, the son of George Leon Inboden and Mable Irene (Mullins) Inboden.

He graduated from Robinson High School in 1974, attended Lincoln Trail College and received his Associates Degree. He then attended the University of Illinois and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electricial Engineering in 1979. He received his Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University in 1985. He was employed by the Raytheon Co for over 20 years as an electrical engineer. He was honored with the 1st Annual Mark Inboden Special Achievement Award for Outstanding Achievement in Signal Processing Algorithm Development in February of 2006.

Survivors include his parents, 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Tim and Vicki Inboden, Robinson, Evan and Julie Inboden, Robinson; his sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Jeffrey Burge, Crocker, MO; 4 nephews and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Byrl “Pat” and Dora (Waggoner) Inboden and his maternal grandparents, Harvy and Ethel (Bennett) Mullins.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 23rd at the Robinson New Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 22nd at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Pastor Shane Bopp is in charge of services. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society with envelopes at the funeral home.
