IRMA MAE YORK

Irma Mae York, 86, of Hutsonville, IL, died at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 3, 2006 at Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson. She was born January 3, 1920 in Crawford County, IL, the daughter of Arthur Eugene Conley and Mary Ganelle Conley. She was a homemaker. She was also a member of the Rebecca Lodge, the Royal Neighbors, and the East Porterville Christian Church.

She married George J. York December 29, 1941 and he preceded her in death on March 14, 2004. She was also preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and JoEtta York, Hutsonville; 2 grandchildren, Ronald York, Hutsonville and Gina York, Centralia; 1 great grandchild. Emilee York, Hutsonville 1 brother and sister-in-law, James Arthur and Joyce Conley, Champaign; her sister, Dolores Herr, Evansville, IN; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 6th at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson. Pastor Robert Stephens is in charge of services. Burial will be in the Robinson New Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday preceding the services. Memorials may be made to the East Porterville Christian Church.
