Angie Brock

Angela €œAngie€ Brock, 48 of Palestine, IL, died at 6:21 p.m. Thursday, January 31, 2013. She was born May 29, 1964, in Grand View, MO. Angie was co-owner of the Pizza House and was employed by Casey€™s in Palestine. She was an election judge in Palestine and crocheted blankets to give to veterans. She was a member of the Am Vets Post #33 in Palestine; was a NASCAR fan and had been to many tracks. She never met a stranger and was loved by many.Angie married Ron Brock April 2, 1994 and he survives. She is also survived by her parents, John & Fawneila Jackson (Robinson, IL) and Joyce Freeman (Marshall); her father-in-law, Ed Brock (Palestine); her brother, Steve Freeman & Misty Devrick (Robinson); her sister, Nikki & Eddie Guyer (Robinson); her sisters-in-law, Laura & Tim Giles (Eagle Mountain, UT) and Colleen & Rick Bolinder (Evanston, WY); her son, Andy Brock (Sandy, UT); her daughter, Cyndi Brock & Brian York (Robinson); her daughter, Ashley Attaway (Palestine); her son, Adam Alspach (Robinson); her grandchildren, Dylan York, Mackenzie York, and Patience Attaway; as well as several nieces and nephews.Her daughter, Madison Lee Brock died February 3, 2013. Angie was also preceded in death by her father, Stephen Freeman and her mother-in-law, Marcia Brock.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 8th at the Outer West Market Church of Christ, Palestine with Rev. John Brand officiating. Burial will be in the Palestine Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 7th at the church. Memorials may be made to the Crawford County Humane Society or to the Crawford County Spay & Neuter Foundation.
