Betty Spiller

Betty Spiller, 83, of rural Robinson, died at 5:05 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, 2011. She was born September 10, 1927 in Robinson, the daughter of John Wright, Jr. and Edna May Rich-Wright. She worked in production at L.S. Heath & Sons.She married Harry Spiller on April 21, 1957 and he preceded her in death on August 22, 2004. She was also preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Kenneth Wright and her stepdaughter, Gayleen Sears. Betty is survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Pat & Keith Lamb, Robinson, Ann & Bill Shank, Lawrenceville, Judy & Gene Wilkin, Robinson, and Linda & Tim McDaniel, Palestine; as well as several nieces and nephews.Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 31 at 2:00 at the Tohill Cemetery, rural Flat Rock with Pastor Aryn Merritt officiating. Memorials may be mailed to 303 E. Main St., Robinson, and may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the American Heart Association.
