Ella (Crum) Tohill

Ella (Crum) Tohill died Friday, November 30, 2012 in St. Charles, MO. Ella was born in her parents€™ home in Flat Rock, Illinois on October 21, 1942, the daughter of Reynold and Golda (Shidler) Crum. Ella was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker.On July 6, 1963 she married her loving husband of 49 years, Kenneth W. Tohill, who survives. Kenneth and Ella made their home in St. Charles, MO. She is also survived by a son, Ken & daughter-in-law Theresa; grandsons Kevin and TJ Tohill; a daughter, Karen Adam; and granddaughter Ella Maria Adam. Also surviving are a sister, Lila & brother-in-law Don Hulen, brother-in-law Keith and sister-in-law Rita Tohill, and sister-in-law Vivian and brother-in-law Wendell Reinbold; as well as several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Thomas & Minnie Crum, Charles & Ella Shidler; her parents Reynold & Golda Crum, as well as her brothers Bill, John, and Dale.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Flat Rock. Burial will be in Tohill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m.
