Gertrude Mccoy

Gertrude T. McCoy, 86, of Princeton, IN, formerly of Willow Hill, IL, died at 6:05 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at the Deaconess Hospice Center in Evansville, IN. She reunites with her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Beach; her husband, Guss Edwin McCoy; her son, Walter McCoy; and her grandson, Randy McCoy. She’s leaving behind 6 sons, Roger, Junior, Everett, Jerry, Larry, and Garry; 4 daughters, Nancy, Wanda, Janice, and Sharon; 41 grandkids; 42 great-grandkids; and 3 great-great-grandbabies. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 5th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson, with Celebrant Curt Goodwine officiating. Burial will follow in the Mound Cemetery, rural Oblong. A time of visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. Memorials may be made to the Gertrude McCoy Memorial Fund, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
