Kelley Ann Jenkins

Kelley Ann Jenkins, 38, of Martinsville, IL, died at 7:40 a.m. on Monday, December 26, 2016 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, IN. She was born January 3, 1978 in Vincennes, IN, the daughter of Ronald E. Jenkins & Kathy (Dennison) Jenkins. Kelley attended Lawrenceville High School and went on to become a CNA. She worked at Parkview Nursing Home in Elwood, IN for a time. Away from work, she stayed busy working on crafts and watching television. More than anything, she loved caring for her beloved children, who brought her life and a sense of purpose. Kelley will be forever missed by family and friends alike. She is survived by her mother, Kathy Jenkins (Martinsville, IL); by her children, Kevon Maye (Martinsville, IL) and Kayden Jenkins (Martinsville, IL); by her brother, Eric & Kylie Jenkins (West Union, IL); by her half-brother, Christopher Jenkins (Browns, IL); by her nephews, Brandon Jenkins and Chase Jenkins; by her niece, Alexandria Jenkins; as well as a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald E. Jenkins; and by her grandparents, Noble & Doris Dennison. It was Kelley’s wish to be cremated, with no formal services. The Prust-Hosch Funeral Home in West Union, IL is in charge of arrangements.
