Mary Belle Jackson, 71, of Marshall IL died on March 5th, 2013 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute Indiana. She was born on March 24, 1941 in Oakland IL, the daughter of Harold Leon Goble and Ada Florence Cown Goble. She worked for Lexel in Hutsonville for 20 years. Later in life, she became a CNA, working in Burnsides Nursing Home in Marshall. She enjoyed spending time drinking coffee with friends and listening to karaoke.She married Charles Allen Jackson, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her parents; two brothers, Harry and Irvin Goble; her infant granddaughter, Abigail Nicole Jackson-Parks.She is survived by son Greg Jackson of Marshall, daughter Mary Alice Parks and significant other Kevin Reynolds of Marshall, Wade Jackson and significant other Kristen Brown of West Union and son Howard Jackson and Rhonda Bonesteel of West Union; brother Marion Goble and wife Kay of Ft. Myers FL, and sisters Nancy Glosser and husband Kenny of Decatur, and Alice Spain and husband Don of Decatur. Also surviving are grandchildren Dalton and Caleb Parks, Waylon Jackson, Donna Jo Brown, Max Halterman, Halle Jackson and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 9th, 2013 at 3:00p.m. at the Prust Hosch Funeral Home in West Union with Pastor Rich Barnett officiating. Burial will follow at York Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8pm on Friday, March 8th at the funeral home.
