Ralph Eugene Brock

Ralph Eugene Brock, 43, of New Castle, PA, formerly of Robinson, IL, died Monday, September 26, 2011 at his residence following an extended illness. A coroner€™s report is pending. He was born April 11, 1968 in Robinson, IL, the son of Robert Steven Osborn and Janet Culp Osborn. He was a carpenter in construction.Ralph is survived by his daughter, Carol Bagwell, Romeoville, IL; his son, Travis Bagwell, Romeoville, IL; his mother and step-father, Janet and Wayne Richardson, Palestine; his father, Buck Osborn, Hutsonville; his grandmother, Esther Combee, Paris, TN; 4 brothers and sisters, Darcy Robinson, Oblong, Sheldon €œCooter€ Franklin, Robinson, Donald Franklin, Waukegan, Steven Osborn, Palestine; and several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his brother, Anthony Osborn.There will be cremation with private family services held at a later date. The Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson is in charge of arrangements.
