Bettiglyn Houston, 77, of Denton, TX, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2012 in Denton, TX. She was born on July 13, 1934 in Winkler County, TX to Hugh Barr Houston and Esther Rhea Frost Houston. She attended Kermit TX public schools and was a member of the Baptist Church.Bettiglyn is survived by her sister, Ressa Furche, Aubrey, TX; her nieces, Evelyn McDonald, Aubrey, TX, Karen Gibbons, McKinney, TX, Terry Asmus, Fort Worth, TX, and Kim Woolman, Ava, MO; her nephews, Malcolm Branch, Leonard, TX and Frank Furche, Aubrey, TX; and her sister-in-law, Barbara Jean Kaley.She was preceded in death by her parents; and 2 brothers, Harold Kaley and Billy Houston.Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 26th at the DeBerry Funeral Home, Denton, TX. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 29th at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson with a graveside service following visitation at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 29th at the Robinson New Cemetery. The Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson is in charge of local arrangements.
