Britte Lynn (Brannon) White

Britte Lynn (Brannon) White, 22, of Palestine IL, died on Monday, September 25, 2017. She was born on November 10, 1994 in Robinson, the daughter of Shona (Brannon) Dunlap. Britte grew up in Palestine and Robinson and attended schools in both communities. She has worked at Hershey for the past two years, working as an operator in the Payday department. Though she knew how to pick at and affectionately “torment” those she loved, she was such a happy soul. She simply loved to have fun. Anyone who knew her could attest to the fact that her kids were her life. Nothing brought more joy than simply loving on them. She worked hard to give her kids a good life and was able to do just that. She is survived by her children, Phoebe, Samara, Olivia, and Hayden; by her mother; Shona Dunlap (Palestine, IL); by her sisters & brother-in-law, Catherine & Justin Magnan, Elizabeth Dunlap, Kristen Dunlap, and Mia Rogers; by her brothers; Donny Dunlap, and Dominic Dunlap; also by her grandparents, and great-grandparents. A time of visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 7th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Palestine. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Autism Speaks, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
