Charlotte Ann Moore

Charlotte Ann Moore, 74, West Union, IL, died Monday, December 2, 2013 at 7:21PM at Heritage Health in Robinson, IL. She was born October 1, 1939 in York Township in Clark County, IL to Forrest Harold Ferris & June Eileen Thompson. Charlotte was an administrative secretary at Cape Kennedy for a time, and was also an administrative office manager for Shivvers Corp. She was a member the Brick United Methodist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star, the James Halstead Sr. Chapter of the NSDAR and the Investment Club. She married Willie Monroe Moore and he preceded her in death on June 18, 1990. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother, James Ferris. She is survived by her children & their spouses, Barbara & Dwain Carter, Debra & Wilt Chastian, Denise Moore, Billy Moore, and Terri & Juan Echeverria. She is also survived by James Ferris, Jr., Kenneth Ferris, Ron Ferris, Jill Sherrel, Robin Stover, as well as several many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 7th at the Prust-Hosch Funeral Home in West Union. Burial will be in the Walnut Prairie Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6th at the funeral home.
