Constance "Connie" Maureen Henderson

Constance "Connie" Maureen Henderson, 82, of Robinson, IL, died on September 9, 2022, at Twin Lakes Nursing Home in Paris, IL.

Constance was born on July 2, 1940, in Robinson, IL, the daughter of Homer & Ruth (McCoy) Richey, both of whom preceded her in death. She married Ron Henderson on February 4, 1984, and he preceded her in death on August 23, 2016. She was also preceded in death by her brother, John Richey, and her sister, Sara Morris.

She is survived by her grandson, Chris & Candi Howard (West Union, IL); as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews.

Connie was a 1958 graduate of Palestine High School. She would join the workforce as a cashier for Palestine Telephone Co. She also worked for the Musgraves at Gordon Junction, Production Credit Association, and secretary for the Christian Church in Oblong before retiring from ERBA in 2001.

Connie found great pride in assisting her husband, Ron, with the Spirit of Vincennes Rendevous and was a member of the Robinson Free Methodist Church.
