Dale Eugene Brink

Dale Eugene Brink, 67, of Robinson, died at 2:54 p.m. (e.s.t.) on May 13, 2011 at the Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born on May 29, 1943 in Lawrenceville, the son of Clay Brink and Bulah Bashti Carrell-Brink. Dale was a veteran serving his country in the U.S. Army from 1961-1964. He was a laborer, and worked in construction and painting. He was the president of Painters Local #1705 and was a member of the Laborers Local #1280.He married Patsy Brink on October 31, 1968, and she preceded him in death on August 8, 2001. He was also preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Robert Brink; as well as two sisters, Beaulah Brink and Lucille Osman.Dale is survived by his two daughters, Kathy Baxter & and her significant other, James Hayes, Greenup, and Patricia €œTrish€ Brink, Robinson; one granddaughter, Trisdan Baxter, Greenup; his sisters and a brother-in-law, Nancy Eagleson, Lawrenceville, Ruth McKinney, Lawrenceville and Judy & Roy McKinstry, Lawrenceville; his brothers and a sister-in-law, Jim Brink, Lawrenceville, and Max & Hazel Brink, Lawrenceville; special friends of the family, Naomi Harvey, Sumner and Daniel Baxter, Robinson; as well as several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 19th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Burial will be in Robinson Old Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18th at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the donor€™s choice.
