Donald K. Siler

Donald K. Siler 85, passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Alfredo Gonzalez Texas State Veterans Home in McAllen, Texas. Mr. Siler is preceded in death by his daughter, Nancy Siler; parents, Donald and Isabell Siler and a brother, Joe W. Siler. Mr. Siler is survived by his wife, Esther J. Siler; daughters, Connie (Bill Bob) Shipman, Terrie (Doug) Cawood, Debbi (Ralph) Strauss; grandchildren, Sara Shipman, Angie Lennen, Lori (Tom) Beattie, Jenny (Darren) Ogrady; six great-grandchildren; and by numerous other family members and friends. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Disabled American Veterans or to Methodist Church in Zapata, Texas. As per his wishes he was cremated and a graveside service will be held at Thursday, July 17th, 2014 at 1:00PM at the Robinson New Cemetery. The Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson is in charge of the arrangements.
