Donna Marie Thomas

Donna Marie Thomas, 67 of Robinson, IL, died at 9:51pm e.s.t. Monday, July 20, 2015 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN. She was born September 19, 1947 in Iola, KS, the daughter of Glenn E. Sanders and Doris E. Treadway. She was preceded in death by her father and two sisters, Jeanie Sawyer and Glenda Eileen Jefferson. She married Mitch Thomas and he survives. She is also survived by two sons, Eddie R. Gibson (El Dorado, KS) and Travis P. Thomas (Robinson); two daughters, Amber and Josh Brown (Olney, IL), Dawn and Adam Schexnayder (Carmi, IL); grandchildren, Joshua Gibson, Edwina Gibson, Austin Brown, Joshua Brown, Jr., Ruthie Eileen McCraken, Johnathon Orr, Jr., Laura Waldrop, Ashton Schexnayder, Dakota Schexnayder, Foster Miller; as well as several nieces and nephews. Donna was a former operator at Hershey as well as a member of the V.F.W. Post #4549 and the American Legion Post #69. It was Donna’s wishes to be cremated. No public services will be held. Memorials may be made to the Robinson Food Pantry and can be dropped off at the funeral home or mailed to Goodwine Funeral Home, 303 E. Main St., Robinson, IL.
