Elizabeth "Bette" Ellen Sechrest

Bette Ellen Sechrest, 92 of Robinson, IL, died at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Heritage Health (formerly Cotillion Ridge), Robinson, IL. She was born December 18, 1920 in Flat Rock, IL, the daughter of Clarence Roscoe and Alice Montgomery Rich. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Robinson, IL.Bette married Creed Sechrest on July 5, 1940 and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents; her friend, Roger Braziel; and her brother, Arthur Rich.She is survived by her nephew, Corky R. Rich, Des Plaines, IL; and her nieces, Donna, Karen and locally Patricia and Fred Campbell.It was her wish to be cremated and there will be a private family graveside service at a later date. The Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson is in charge of services.
