Evelyn M. Clark. 92, passed away March 17, 2014 at St. Catherine's Labour Manor in Jacksonville, Florida. Evelyn was born May 7, 1921 in rural Clark County, Illinois, the youngest of nine children born to Modest and Anna (Myles) Bohn. A 1939 graduate from high school in Marshall, Illinois she became a cosmetologist upon her graduation from a school of cosmetology in Terre Haute, Indiana. Much later she worked for Toler Pharmacy in Brownsburg, Indiana as a pharmacy tech. In 1940, she married John Robert Clark. To this union were born two daughters and one son all of whom survive. They are Judi (Jack) McHerron of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, Janis (Ron) Clark of Troy, New York and Jerry (Anna) Clark of Ponte Vedra, Florida. Also surviving are four grandsons, three granddaughters and four great-grandchildren. One sister, Maxie Bohn, of Rantoul, Illinois; one nephew and two nieces also survives. Mrs. Clark loved her church activities, reading novels and was an avid IU Basketball and NASCAR fan. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 22nd at the Prust-Hosch Funeral Home in West Union, IL. Burial will follow at the Darwin Cemetery. A time of visitation will precede the funeral service from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. In lieu of flowers it was her desire to have contributions to Clermont Christian Church, Clermont, Indiana or St Catherine's Labour Manor, Jacksonville, Florida.
