Geneva Fay Crumrin

Geneva Fay Crumrin, 87, of West Union, IL died at 9:40 a.m. Friday, November 30, 2012 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, IN. She was born January 10, 1925 in West Union, the daughter of Herschel & Minnie McCollum Cline. She worked as a QC Inspector for TRW in Marshall, IL for 28 years. Upon retirement, Geneva dedicated herself to caring for several people in the community. She was a member of the Ohio Church.On December 8, 1945 she married Russell Crumrin who preceded her in death on August 7, 1984. She was also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Fenton and Garnet Cline; and two sisters, Wilna Craig and Rosemary Witherspoon.She is survived by a son, Gary Crumrin and daughter in-law Judy (West Union, IL); her grandchildren, Angie & Paul Thrift (Paris, IL) and Travis & Kelly Crumrin (Robinson, IL); great grandchildren Carson, Claire, and Harrison Thrift, Adler and Lauren Crumrin, and Brynn, Baylor, and Ansley Forman.Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 4th at the Prust-Hosch Funeral Home in West Union, IL. Burial in Ohio Cemetery, West Union, IL. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 3rd at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Ohio Cemetery.
