Harriet Frisbe Durbin

Harriet Frisbe Durbin, 73 of Palestine, IL died at her home at 2:06 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2017. She was born October 8, 1943 in Norris City, IL the daughter of Ralph Frisbe and Emma Chris Frisbe. She attended Ivy Tech Community College and Everest College on line. She was a food handler in a local nursing home. She married Lester Durbin and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her daughter, Tonya Wilkerson. Survivors include, 2 sons and daughters in law, Tom and JoAnn Beard, Robinson and Howard and Katy Wilkerson, Sheridan, IN; her daughter, Edna Marie Wilkerson, Lebanon, IN and her son-in-law, Leslie Durbin, Palestine. Additional survivors are 11 grandchildren: Tommy Beard, Blake Beard, Tony Beard, Luke Wilkerson, Adam Doty Jr., Joey Drawdy, Aaron Burkhart, Makayla Burkart, Allen Wilkerson III, Mark Wilkerson, and Olivia Wilkerson; and her great-grandson, Austin Drawdy. Cremation was chosen with no services. Burial will be at a later date. Goodwine Funeral Home in Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
