Jane Spain

Jane Spain, 77, died at 7:45 a.m. on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at the Ridgeview Care Center in Oblong, IL. She was born January 25, 1938 in Duncanville, IL, the daughter of John S. Beauchamp & Stella A. Uhl Beauchamp, both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Harry Beauchamp; and by her sister-in-law, Marty Henderson Beauchamp. Jane is survived by her siblings & their spouses, Norman 'Joe' Beauchamp (San Angelo, TX), Donald & Barbara Beauchamp (Grants Pass, OR), Larry Beauchamp (Robinson, IL), Naomi & Raymond Shedlebower (Willow Hill, IL), and James & Bessie Beauchamp (East Rochester, OH); as well as several nieces and nephews. Jane worked as an aid at the Convalescent Center for some time before becoming a caregiver for her mother. She was a member of the Sainte Marie Pilgrim Holiness Church. Throughout her illness, she was cared for by her dear friends, Ruth Ann Jackman and Deanna Sparks. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 10th at the Palestine Cemetery. The Goodwine Funeral Home in Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
