Janis C. Tepen

Janis Curtis Cole Tepen, 64, of Robinson, IL passed away at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday, July 4, 2012. She was born November 13, 1947, in Carrollton, IL, the daughter of Warren Darrell Cole and Lois Henderson Cole. She graduated from Jerseyville High School and Jacksonville School of Nursing. She worked as a licensed practical nurse for the state of Illinois, at the Lincoln Development Center. She attended the Calvary Baptist Church, Jacksonville, IL.She is preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Austin Robert Routien.She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Janette and Trent Routien, (Robinson); her granddaughters, Mallory and Marissa; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Warren D. and Janice Cole (Greenfield, IL), Weston and Sue Cole (Alton, IL) and Cary and Amber Cole (Livonia, MI); 3 nieces, 4 nephews and 6 great nieces and nephews.A visitation will be held from 3-5 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2012 at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson, IL. A private family service will follow at a later date. Memorials may be made to the organization of the donor€™s choice.
