Jason Utterback

Jason Utterback, 44, of Robinson, IL, died Thursday, February 4, 2016 at his home in Robinson. He was born March 2, 1971 in Robinson, the son of Greg & Carolyn Catt Utterback (Robinson, IL), both of whom survive. He is also survived by his brother, Jeff Utterback (Robinson, IL); by his grandma Betty & husband Windy Dressback (Effingham, IL); by his aunts & uncles, Sandy Martin (Robinson, IL), Debbie & Roger Pethtel (Robinson, IL), Nancy & Bruce Ochs (Ste. Marie, IL), Sherry Barrett (Newton, IL), and Dick Trowbridge (Lawrenceville, IL); as well as several cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Lloyd Gene Catt and Robert & Shirley Utterback; and by his aunts Deanna Trowbridge, Sheila Patterson, and Connie Catt. A 1989 graduate of Robinson High School, Jason went on to work as a pipefitter. Away from work, he spent much of his time outdoors. He could often be found out riding his Harley, and was also an avid fisherman who enjoyed camping, especially in Oregon. Jason was a very private person, and it was his wish to have a private family service at a later date. The Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson is in charge of arrangements.
