Juanita E. Osborn

Juanita E. Osborn, 85 of Robinson, IL, died at 9:50 p.m. Monday, April 15, 2013 at the Cotillion Ridge Nursing Center. She was born August 12, 1927 in Casey, IL, the daughter of Lester and Beaulah A. Finney Snearley. She was a waitress at the Sugar Bowl in Robinson; a member of the €œTry Hard€ unit of the Home Extension, the Prior Grove Baptist Church; and loved quilting, crocheting and painting.Juanita married Edgar €œJunior€ Osborn on May 26, 1947 and he preceded her in death on December 10, 2002. She was also preceded in death by her parents; 2 daughters, Judy Chesser and Patricia Osborn; her sister, Faye Stephens; and 3 brothers, Marshall, Carl and Cecil Snearley.Survivors include her 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Margie and Sam Maesch, Staunton, IN, Cheryl and Leslie Lake, Robinson, Barbara and Steve Lachenmayr, Robinson; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 2 step great grandchildren; her sister, Marjorie Wright, Casey; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 20th with Mike Irvin in charge. Burial will be in the Eaton-Grand Prairie Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 20th preceding the services at the funeral home.
