Judith Ann Pritts

Judith Ann Pritts, 77, of Robinson, IL, died at 10:32 a.m. on August 20, 2016, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN. She was born March 30, 1939 in Linton, IN, the daughter of Olvie Andrew Fish & Thelma Catherine McDonald, both of whom preceded her in death. She married Paul Pritts, Sr. on December 31, 1987, and he preceded her in death on May 10, 2016. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Harry Fish, Raymond Fish; and by grandsons Dominique Pritts and Bradley Newlin. She is survived by her children, Anna & Jeff Arnold (Robinson, IL), Henry & Carolina Hall (San Antonio, TX), Paul Jr & Lisa Pritts (Phoenix, AZ), Tina & Sean Fleming (Phoenix, AZ), Todd Pritts & Carol Clark (Robinson, IL), Kedley Newlin (Lawrenceville, IL), Kelly Newlin (Lawrenceville, IL); 22 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; by her siblings, Danny Fish (Mooresville, IN), Janie Jones (Martinsville, IN); as well as several nieces and nephews. Judith Ann Pritts, 'Judy', was a loving and caring woman, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She put everyone before herself as any great person would. Judy had owned several businesses over the years, including the old historic Lincoln Theater, furniture stores, and even the Marathon station on Main Street. However, Judy's Cafe on the square in Robinson was her most famous and cherished. Here, she gave the community good-ole home cooking with love straight from her huge heart. Judy was an Army veteran, and later joined the Eastern Star and served on multiple leadership positions. She will be a woman duly missed by her community and many, many family members and close loved ones. A time of visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 23rd at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 24th at the funeral home, with Pastor Shane Bopp officiating the service. Burial will follow in the Robinson New Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
