Judy D. Lorance

Judy D. Lorance, 65, of Robinson died at 9:09 a.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at the Crawford Memorial Hospital in Robinson. She was born August 3, 1948 in Robinson, the daughter of Donald Shears & Martha Jane Griggs Shears.She worked at Gallo€™s in the Deli for several years. Judy also enjoyed painting and working with ceramics. A homemaker, she very much enjoyed decorating her house. She and her husband were also members of the Sullivan County Shifters, a car club.On June 7, 1968 Judy married Stephen Lorance, and he survives. She is also survived by her son, Ronald D. Lorance (Robinson); her daughter, Jodi & Tom Crosnoe (TN); as well as her four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 22 at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson with Rev. Tom Akers officiating the service. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00 until service time at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. It was Judy€™s wish to be cremated, and there will be a cremation following the funeral services on Sunday. Memorials may be made to the Crawford County Relay for Life, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
