Kathryne A. Weaver

Kathryne A. Weaver, 95, of Hendersonville, NC, formerly of Robinson died on November 18, 2013 at Carillion Assisted Living in Hendersonville. She was born February 21, 1918 in Wichita, KS, the daughter of Charles Zimmerman & Ida Lee Lawrence.She is survived by her children & their spouses, son Olin Myrl Weaver, Jr & Frannie (Benton AR), her daughter Della Lee Workman & Gary (Oblong, IL); six grandchildren, Tony Alan (Tanya) Weaver, Lesa Pearl (Mike) King, Marlynn Dee Richards, John Robert & Jennifer Burchfield, Cassie Lee (Mark) Hill, Mandy Lyn (Aaron) Ikemire; 14 great grandchildren, Kyle Thomas Weaver, Alex Camon Weaver, Gavin Davis (Emma) King, Nicole Richardson, Ryan Richardson, Alexis Burchfield, Jordan Burchfield, Avonlea Kate Burchfield, Kiah Lee Holt, Andrew Jace Hill, McKenzie Lyn Andrews, Madison Kate Workman, Ava Mae Ikemire, and Kathrine Jo Ikemire. She was also survived by two sisters-in-law, Mary Weaver, Robinson, and Ellen Parrot, Robinson; and her brother-in-law and his wife, Clyde and Nadine Weaver, Cadiz, KY. She married Olin Myrl Weaver, Sr. on April 11, 1937 and he preceded he in death on January 28, 2003. She was also precede by her daughter, Sandra Kay Weaver; her brother, Johnnie Lawrence Rosner, her parents and beloved step-father, who helped raise her, John Joseph Rosner; and her step-sister, Marjorie Rosner. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 23rd, 2013 at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson with Rev. Bessie Adams officiating. Burial will be in Robinson New Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Memorials may be made to the Otterbein United Methodist Church or to the American Cancer Society with envelopes available at the funeral home.
