Lacee Hightshoe

Lacee Hightshoe, 28, of Robinson, IL, died at 9:40 p.m. (EST) on Monday, March 16, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN. She was born November 15, 1986 in Lawrenceville, IL, the daughter of Chris Hotsenpillar & Teresa Meeks Hotsenpillar. She was a stay at home mother, taking care of her two precious girls. She enjoyed cooking and gardening, and will be remembered for her love of singing. She married Luke Hightshoe on January 10, 2009, and he survives. She is also survived by her two daughters, Meleah Rose Hightshoe and Niah Lee Hightshoe; her father & step-mother, Chris & Kathie Hotsenpillar (Robinson, IL); her brother, Colt & Samantha Hotsenpillar (Robinson, IL); her grandmother, Glenna Walters (Robinson, IL); her aunt, Gina Hill (Robinson, IL); her mother-in-law & father-in-law, Sarah Hightshoe-Decker & Greg Decker (Robinson, IL); father-in-law, Rich Hightshoe (Vincennes, IN); brother-in-law, Matthew Hightshoe; and step-sister-in-law & husband, Jennifer & Tim Kamplain (Hardinville, IL). She was preceded in death by her mother, Teresa Hotsenpillar. A time of visitation will be held from 12:00-2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Funeral services will follow at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery, rural Palestine. Memorials may be made to the Lacee Hightshoe Memorial Fund, with checks payable to Goodwine Funeral Homes.
