Larry Eugene Walters

Larry Eugene Walters, 76, formerly of Palestine died at 3:15am on February 24th, 2014, at the Heritage Health Nursing Home in Robinson, IL. He was born in Robinson, IL on December 23rd, 1937, the son of Miles A. and Mary Allison (Ikemire) Walters. He served in the Navy in Alaska. He is survived by his sons; William (Bill) Walters of OK, Larry Jr. King of Idaho, Thomas Clark of Idaho, and John Clark of Idaho, a brother James (Jim) Walters of Robinson, sisters Shirley Walters of Robinson, and Linda Cody Hastings of Nevada. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Barbara Lachenmayr, brother Charles Ikemire, and nephew Keith Mitchell. Graveside services will be held Friday, February 28th 2014 at 2:00pm at the Palestine Cemetery.
