Larry Thomas Fuller

Larry Thomas Fuller, 67, of Palestine, IL, passed away on December 31, 2020 from natural causes. Larry was born March 26, 1953, in Sullivan, IN, to John T. and L. Pauline (Waldrop) Fuller. After graduating from Palestine High School, he went on to study agriculture at Olney Central College. Larry was a ball of fire, just ask anyone in his closest circle. He was a member of Local Labor Union #1280 for over 30 years and a farmer most of his life. He enjoyed woodworking and western films in his free time. He also enjoyed visits from his Uncle Bob and Uncle Pill in his later years. Larry was preceded in death by his parents; his brother-in-law, Duane Leinenbach; and his beloved Labrador retriever, Abby. He is survived by his children, Kurt (Jessica) Fuller of Indianapolis, IN; Craig (Brooke) Fuller of Casey, IL; and Katheryn (Evan) Duarte-Anderson of Kirkland, WA. He was the proud grandfather of Whitney Fuller, Kennady Fuller, Lilian Drum, and Emma Drum. He is also survived by his sister, Linda Leinenbach of Jasper, IN; nieces Kami (Jason) Tester and Ashton (Bob) Buechlein; and nephew, Kyle “Opie” Highsmith. Kurt and Opie are rabid fans of the Chicago Bears and St. Louis Cardinals, but that allegiance was most certainly not passed on to them from Larry! Due to the increased public safety measures being enforced by the State of Illinois, funeral services will be private. However, a live stream of his service will be available to the public starting at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 8, 2021.
