Larry W. King

Larry W. King, 66, of Robinson, IL, died at 9:38 a.m., Thursday, September 25, 2008 at the Select Specialty Hospital, Evansville, IN. He was born October 23, 1941 in Robinson, IL the son of Harold King and Margaret Lawhead King. He was owner of Larry’s Barber Shop in Olney, IL for over 20 years and following that he was a laborer with Labor Local #1197 for over 20 years. He was a member of the Olney Masonic Lodge and his interests were farming, hunting, and bird-dog field trial competition.He is survived by 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Kelly and Ava King, Robinson, and Kent and Melinda King, Olney; 10 grandchildren; and 1 brother and sister-in-law, Gerry and Twyla King, Robinson. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 29, 2008 at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson. Burial will be in the Hutsonville Cemetery. Visitation is from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, September 28th at the funeral home.
