Leonard R. Osborn, Jr.Leonard R. Osborn, Jr, 49, of West Union, IL, died at 4:30 a.m. (E.S.T.) Monday, March 11, 2013 at the Union Hospital, Terre Haute, IN from liver disease. He was born October 20, 1963 in Yuma, AZ, the son of Leonard R. Osborn, Sr. and Stella Dunlap Osborn. Leonard is survived by his father, Leonard Osborn, Sr, rural Robinson; his sister and brother-in-law, Tina and Robert Midgett, rural Robinson; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.He was preceded in death by his mother; his niece, Elizabeth Marlene Midgett, and aunts and uncles.There will be cremation with no services. The Prust-Hosch Funeral Home, West Union is in charge of cremation.
