Lonna Sue Johnson

Lonna Sue Johnson died Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 5:08 p.m. at her home in Robinson surrounded by her family. Mrs. Johnson was born to Frederick D. and Lola Reavill on August 9, 1933. Three years later, her mother died and her father married Alberta Martin. Lonna was a 1951 graduate of Robinson High School. She was a Real Estate agent with Simmons-Johnson Realty and Weber Insurance & Realty. She served on the Crawford Memorial Hospital Board from 1980-2008 and was also a member of Zion Methodist Church. Orville and Lonna enjoyed spending winters at their home in Estero, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Frederick W. Reavill, and grandson Kevin Shehan. Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband of 65 years, 7 months, and 3 days, Orville L. Johnson. She is also survived by her children and their spouses, Mike and Jan Johnson of Canton, GA, David and Lori Johnson of Florissant, MO, and Jana and Hunter Shehan of Bloomfield, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Kris and Aleks Johnson, Ben and Amanda Walker, Timothy Shehan, Leeanna and John Marshall, Allyssa and Nick Wildman, and Kaleb Shehan, five great-grandchildren, Emmy and Kate Walker, Max and Annie Johnson, and Brenden Johnson. Also surviving are one brother, Jack Reavill, and one aunt, Reba Padgett. A time of visitation will be held from 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 5th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 6th at the funeral home, with burial following in the Robinson New Cemetery. Pastor Kyle Bailey will officiate the services. In honor of her many years spent on the Crawford Memorial Hospital Board, memorials may be made to the “Crawford Memorial Hospital Auxiliary”, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
