Mary Lou Rayhel

Mary Lou Rayhel, 82, of West Union, IL, died at 9:50 p.m. Monday, January 30, 2012 at the Casey Health Care Center, Casey, IL. She was born March 21, 1929 in Clark Center, Clark County, IL, the daughter of Lee O. Chapman and Cecil C. Berry Chapman. Mary Lou worked at TRW for 14 years. She was a member of the Martinsville United Methodist Church.Mary Lou married George Herman Rayhel on October 8, 1939 and he preceded her in death on February 1, 2010. She was also preceded in death by her parents; twin children, Christopher Lynn and Dusty Yvonne; and her brother, Richard Chapman.She is survived by a son Randy Rayhel of Martinsville, a son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Becky Rayhel of Marshall, her daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Emery Pittenger of Martinsville; 3 grandchildren, Tina and her husband, Greg Lloyd of Staunton, IN, John Pittenger of Martinsville and Marie Rayhel of Louisville, KY; several great grandchildren as well as several great-great grandchildren; her brother and sister-in-law, Earl €œBud€ and Betty Chapman of West Union, a sister-in-law, Dee Chapman of West Union; and several nieces and nephews.Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the Ohio Cemetery with John Gartelos officiating.
