Matt A. Lemeron

Matt A. Lemeron, 20, of rural Flat Rock, IL, died at 8:10 a.m. (E.S.T.) Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Vincennes, IN from complications of {Duchenne} Muscular Dystrophy. He was born April 17, 1987 in Vincennes, IN, the son of Jerry Lemeron and Jeanie Early Lemeron. He graduated from Robinson High School in 2006 and was a member of the RHS Auto Club.He is survived by his parents; 1 brother, Cory Lemeron, Flat Rock; his maternal grandfather and step grandmother, Eugene and Barbara Early, Tipton, IA; his paternal grandparents, Mervin and Lucille Lemeron, rural Flat Rock; 4 maternal aunts and uncles, Mike Burton, Mitchell, IN, Greg Bland, Bridgeport, LouAnn Reeves, Lawrenceville, and Sandy Hack, Litchfield, KY; 3 paternal aunts, Wanda Jones, Robinson, Nedra Guyer, Annapolis, Emily Erton, Flat Rock; and several cousins.He was preceded in death by his brother, David Michael Lemeron on April 25, 2001 and his maternal grandmother, Marlene Early.Funeral services will be held 10:30 Friday, February 8, 2008 at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Flat Rock with Roger Boyd officiating. Burial will be in the Jones Cemetery, rural Flat Rock. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. till 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Birds Free Methodist Church or to the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation with envelopes available at the funeral home.
