Michael Gene Clark

Michael Gene Clark, 64, of West Union, IL, died on Monday, January 26, 2015 at the Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. He was born October 2, 1950 in Robinson, the son of Norman Clark & Betty Seaney Clark. Mike served his country in the U.S. Army, and was stationed in Germany for four years. Back stateside, he worked for Western Kentucky Navigation as an assistant engineer. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his four-wheeler, playing chess, and spending time on the river. He will be remembered for his joking, teasing nature, and for the love he had for his grandkids. He is survived by his son & daughter-in-law, Scott & Lacey Clark (West Union, IL); his wife, Cindy Clark (Willow Hill, IL); his step-daughter, Anastasia Kamplain (Flat Rock, IL); two grandchildren, Keagan Clark and Kameryn Clark; his step-grandson, Andrew Kamplain; his brothers, Gary Clark (York, IL), Greg Clark (York, IL), and David & Lori Clark (York, IL); as well as several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Brenda Parcher Clark. A visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 7th at the Prust-Hosch Funeral Home in West Union, IL. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. following the visitation at the funeral home with Pastor Penny Brown officiating the service.
