Michael "Mike" Kjormoe

Michael “Mike” Kjormoe, 32, of Vincennes, IN, formerly of Palestine, IL, passed away at 2:21 p.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at St Mary’s Hospital in Evansville, IN. He was born April 25, 1983 in Danville, IL, the son of Bob Kjormoe & Lisa Pickering Kjormoe. Mike was a 2001 graduate of Marshall High School. Recently, Mike has been working as an apprentice pipefitter with Local #157. Away from work, he enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing, and spending time with his wife-to-be, Lyndsay Marie Robbins (Vincennes, IN) and her son, Layden Michael Robbins (Vincennes, IN), both of whom survive. He is also survived by his father, Bob Kjormoe (Palestine, IL); and paternal grandmother Maryanne Kjormoe (Peoria, IL). He was preceded in death by his mother, Lisa Kjormoe; and by his paternal grandfather, Edward Kjormoe. Mike will be cremated with no public services. The Goodwine Funeral Home in Palestine is in charge of arrangements.
