Nita Maxine (Nash) Tracy, 63, of Sumner died at 8:25 p.m. on June 27, 2013 at the Lawrence County Hospital in Lawrenceville, IL. She was born on May 16, 1950 in Warwick County, Virginia, to Max Nash & Helen Servison Nash. She and her first husband, John Correll operated the Zephyr Gas Station on Jackson Street in Robinson for a time. Nita was also a CNA and worked for Pine Lawn Care Center in Sumner, IL for a time. She enjoyed being home, and also shared her home for various Bible studies for years. More than anything, she loved spending time with her family.Nita married Tim Tracy, and he preceded her in death in 1996. She was also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Rick and Robert; and her sister, Christina.She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Frank & Penny Correll (Sumner, IL); five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her sisters, Linda York and Rose; and her brother & sister-in-law, Roger & Vicki Nash.A time of visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3rd at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. A graveside service in the Harmony Cemetery (north of Oblong) will be held following the visitation. Pastor Roger Boyd will officiate.
