Paul Douglas Divine

Paul Douglas Divine, 55, of Robinson died at 2:15 a.m. on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at the Carle Hospital in Urbana, IL. He was born November 17, 1957 in Vincennes, IN, the son of Jack Leroy Divine & Lois Churchwell Divine (Zinke). He worked in the oil fields locally for a number of years. Doug loved to ride horses. He was blessed with many friends, and ran into someone he knew everywhere he went.He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Leroy Divine. He is survived by his son, Dustin & Jessica Divine (Palestine); his grandson, Shawn Joseph Divine; his mother and step-father, Lois & Roger Zinke (Robinson); his brothers, sisters & their spouses, Jackie & Jerry Griffith (Vincennes, IN), Cindy Divine (Palestine), John & Penny Divine (Maryville, IL), Susan & Ronnie Hawkins (Robinson), Chris Divine (Robinson); a special friend he called €œUncle Bill€; as well as several nieces and nephews.There will be a time of visitation from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Palestine. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2013 at the Price Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Shawn Joseph Divine Scholarship Fund.
