Richard Leon Newlin

Richard Leon Newlin, 74 of Hutsonville, IL, died at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at his residence. He was born December 30, 1937 in Hutsonville, IL, the son of Ralph Newlin and Freda Clements Newlin. He served in the U. S. Army from 1958 to 1960. He was a caster at the Robinson Pottery. Richard married Lindene Pig and she survives. He is also survived by 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Kedly and Kelly Newlin (Lawrenceville), Ralph Lee and Amanda Newlin (Hutsonville), Millard D. and Laura Newlin (Hutsonville); 11 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Raedell LeForge (DeSoto); 2 brothers, Paul D. Newlin (Indianapolis) and Kenneth Newlin (Hutsonville); and several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Aubrey Newlin; and two sisters, Wanda Biernbaum and Juanita Roberts.In accordance to his wishes, Richard will be cremated and there will be no formal services. The Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson is in charge of arrangements.
