Robert M. Certain

Robert M Certain, 69, of West Union, died on February 4th, 2014 at 2:42 pm at his home in Palestine. He was born September 11th, 1944 in Kingsville, TX, the son of Robert L and Martha (Simmons) Certain. Robert worked in construction, and as a pipefitter. He married Sandra Pearl Daugherty on January 22nd, 1964 and she survives of Palestine. He is also survived by his children Bobby M Certain Jr. of Palestine, Kenny E. Certain of West Union, and Bonnie K. Certain of Melrose FL. He is also survived by his step-mother, Elma Certain, of Columbia MO, his brother Bill Certain of Flora, IN, Step-brother Fred Certain of Terre Haute, IN, his grandchildren; Jeffery Embrey of Yeoman, IN, Bobby Rollins of Palestine, Heather Rollins of Robinson, Joshua Nipple of Otterbein IN, James Nipple of Palatka FL, Sheyenne Adams of Melrose FL, Waylon Adams of Melrose FL. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Susie J Certain, his parents, his Step- Father Harold Thompson, his brother Bruce Certain, step-brother Dale Certain, and grandchild Gary Wayne Adams. Funeral Service for Robert will be held on Saturday, February 8th, 2014 at 2:00pm at the Prust-Hosch Funeral Home in West Union. Burial will follow at York Cemetery in West Union. There will be a time of visitation from 12-2 the day of the service. Pastor Dick Houser will officiate.
