Roberta "Bobbi" Miller

Roberta “Bobbi” Miller, 75, of Darwin, IL, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2015 in the comfort of her home. She was born June 28, 1939, in Terre Haute, IN, the daughter of Delbert Weddle & Violet King Weddle. Bobbi worked at TRW in Marshall, IL for several years before retiring. She was an ordained pastor and preached for a number of area churches, including Ohio Church and Bailiff Church. She enjoyed woodworking and painting in her free time. She will be remembered for her sense of humor and for the love she gave to her family. Bobbi married George Allen Miller on June 26, 1976 and he survives. She is also survived by her daughters, Tracy Garcia (LA), Sandy Brewer (Indianapolis, IN); step daughter, Chris Rubin (GA); her brother, Dan Weddle (Boise, ID); her sister, Debbie Carter (Indianapolis, IN); twelve grandchildren; as well as 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Kelly Silver. A time of visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 11th at the Prust-Hosch Funeral Home in West Union, IL. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Memorials may be made to the Roberta Miller Memorial Fund, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
