Sandra Joyce Anderson

Sandra Joyce Anderson, 62, of Robinson, IL, passed away at 2:10 a.m. on Wednesday August 3, 2017 peacefully surrounded by her family, after a short battle of cancer. She was born on April 2, 1955, the daughter of Manford and Margaret (Lloyd) Mullins. She married Jack Anderson on July 15, 1988. Sandy devoted her life to her family and friends. She worked in medical records at Crawford Memorial Hospital for 30 plus years. She enjoyed gardening, landscaping, cooking, camping, helping others, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Jack Anderson (Robinson, IL); by her father, Manford Mullins (Robinson, IL); her father-in-law, Harry Anderson (Birds, IL); her daughter & son-in-law, Stacey & Mark Holt (Oblong, IL); her sons & daughters-in-law, Jason & Stacey Bradbury (Summerville, SC), Brian & Jamie Bradbury (Robinson, IL), and Chad Grove (Hutsonville, IL); by her grandchildren, Keithfer Dolson & Keirstin Holt (Oblong, IL), Jackson & Josiah Bradbury (Summerville, SC), Kinley & Audrey Bradbury (Robinson, IL); by her sisters & brother-in-law, Lynn Fulk (Mascoutah, IL), and Lorri & Ed Bonesteel (Flat Rock, IL); by her brothers & sisters-in-law, Richard & Bev Mullins (Hutsonville, IL), Larry & Laura Mullins (Flat Rock, IL), Lee & Tanya Mullins (Robinson, IL), Doug Mullins (Palestine, IL), Stanley & Phyllis Mullins (Robinson, IL), Ronnie & Teresa Mullins (Flat Rock, IL), Craig & Vanessa Mullins (Palestine, IL), Dale & Diana Mullins (Robinson, IL), Kevin & Kelly Mullins (Flat Rock, IL), and Tim & Rachel Mullins (Flat Rock, IL); by her brother-in-law, Gary Anderson (Duncan, OK); by her sister by fate, Kari Gower (Hutsonville, IL); as well as her 57 nieces and nephews, 62 great- nieces and nephews, and 7 great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Mullins; by her sister, Sharon Elaine Mullins; by her mother-in-law, Audrey Anderson; by her brother-in-law, James “Duke” Anderson; 1 niece, and 2 great- nephews. A time of visitation will be held from 3:00- 7:00 p.m. on Monday August 7th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. A celebration of life will be held at 7:00 p.m. with a private burial following at a later date. Pastor Jim Williams will be officiating the services. Memorial contributions may be made to the “Sandra Anderson Memorial”, memorials will help fund the grandchildren college educations, with checks made payable to Jack Anderson. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
