Twyla R. Lorance, rural Hardinville, IL, died at Paris, IL, Saturday, April 11, 2009. She was born November 29, 1954 in Lawrenceville, IL, the daughter of Tom Harrington and Agnes Richards Harrington. She had worked for Victor Products Division of Dana Co. in quality control. She graduated from Lawrenceville High School in 1972 and received an Associates Degree from Lincoln Trail College in “Quality Control”. She married Glenn E. Lorance, Jr. on October 7, 1972 and he survives. She is also survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Sean and Kimberly Lorance, Robinson; her daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and David Nidey, Oblong; 2 grandchildren and 4 step grandchildren; her two brothers and sisters-in-law, Victor Harrington, Russellville and Bob Harrington, St. Francisville; 8 sisters and brothers-in-law, Frances and Bud Morse, Shawneetown, Sheila and Wayne Asbury, Tennessee, Beulah and Ron Morris, Shelburn, IN; Nila and Mike McGuire, Robinson, Cheryl Spangler, Paris, Karen Wilson, Paris, Doris McDaniel, Paris, and Martha Burress, Danville; and several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers, Don, Ron, Thomas, Jr., and Delbert Harrington; and 4 sisters, Opal Hopkins and 3 infant sisters.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 15th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson. Rev. Howard Bell is in charge of services. Burial will be in the Hardinville Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 14th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
