Tyler M. Ballew, 15, of Terre Haute, IN, formerly of Robinson, IL, died at 4:45 p.m. (E.S.T.) Saturday, April 7, 2012 at the Riley Hospital for Children, Indianapolis, IN from complications from pneumonia. He was born November 20, 1996 in Robinson, IL, the son of Andrew Cox and Ann Ballew Cox. Tyler is survived by his parents; Andrew and Ann Cox, Terre Haute, IN; his brother and sister, Ashley and Andy; maternal grandparents, Charles and Margaret White, Robinson; maternal great grandmother, Laura Bell, Robinson; paternal grandparents, Paul and Madonna Templeton, Elkhart, IN; paternal great grandmother, Mona Irons, Jasonville, IN; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.Memorial services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, April 12, 2012 at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson with Pastor Dan Szombathy officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Thursday preceding the memorial service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Tyler Ballew Memorial Fund with envelopes available at the funeral home.
