Virginia Creed

Mrs. Virginia Creed, 98, of West Middlesex, PA, formerly of Hutsonville, IL, died at Sharon Regional Hospital on Monday, October 19, 2015. She was born in Hutsonville, IL to the late Arthur Crawford Hamilton & Edith Metcalf Hamilton, both of whom preceded her in death. She married Noah Robert Creed in 1934 and he preceded her in death in December, 1989. She was also preceded in death by her son, Charles Creed; and a brother, Elmer Hamilton. She was a homemaker and a wonderful grandmother to her five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her son, Jack L. Creed & his wife Roberta, with whom she made her home in West Middlesex, PA. A time of visitation will be held from 10:00-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 24th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson, IL. A funeral service will follow the visitation and will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Burial will follow in the Hutsonville Cemetery.
