Ward Eric Wells

Ward Eric Wells, 45 of West Union, IL, died at 11:30 a.m. Monday, August 22, 2011 at his residence after an extended illness. He was born March 4, 1966 in Terre Haute, IN, the son of Warren Dale Wells and Catherine Curran Wells. He was a farmer and was a member of the Terre Haute Federation of Musicians Local #2, a member of the Clark County Farm Bureau, and attended the Armstrong United Methodist Church.He married Melissa Martin on December 16, 1989 and she survives. He is also survived by his 3 children, Patrick, Olivia and Ryan all of West Union; his brother Robert Wells, West Union; his sister and her husband, Jessica Wells and Bill Williams, West Union; his niece, Clancy Wells; and his nephew, Chris Wells.Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 26, 2011 at the Prust-Hosch Funeral Home, West Union, IL with Rev. Krista Price officiating. Burial will be in the York Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 25th at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Wells Children€™s College Fund with envelopes available at the funeral home.
