Wilma Wilson, 93, of Flat Rock, IL, died at 1:13 p.m. on May 15, 2014 at Aperion Care, Bridgeport, IL. She was born November 28, 1920 in West Union, IL, the daughter of Charles Ingram & Mary Sheets Ingram. She was a former member of the Robinson Moose Lodge #1369, the Flat Rock United Methodist Church, Royal Neighbors, the James Halstead Sr. Chapter of the DAR, and Flat Rock Quilting Club. Wilma married C.P. Wilson on December 22, 1937 and he preceded her in death on August 18, 1999. She was also preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Lillie, Ilene, Reba and Alma; and three brothers, Charles, Lyman and Lawrence (“Midge”). She is survived by three daughters & sons-in-law, Jeanne & Jerry Roth (Collinsville, IL), Shirley & Wayne Stevenson (Rural Flat Rock, IL), Janie & Jerry Cravens (Robinson, IL); her son & daughter-in-law, Jack & Arlene Wilson (Heathsville, IL); her grandchildren, Lisa & Norman Bennett (MO), David & Lleslie Roth (OH), Jay & Janice Wilson (Palestine), Amy Jarman (IN), Dana Tylka (Robinson), Clint & Janet Stevenson (Palestine), Angie & Steve Salesman (Robinson), Amber Waggoner & Robert Snow (Robinson); Fourteen great-grandchildren; Jeremy Roth, Jordon Roth, Jessica Bennett, Jason Wilson, Elizabeth Wilson, Zach Tylka, Taylor Tylka, Peyton Stevenson, Nathan Jarman, Abby Jarman, Gregory Jarman, Audrey Wartsbaugh, Garrett Wartsbaugh, and Luke Roth; four great-great grandchildren Riven Wartsbaugh, Bennett, Calvin & Isaac Bennett. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 18th at the Palestine Cemetery in Palestine, IL with Celebrant Curt Goodwine to officiate the service. Memorials may be made to Riley Children’s Hospital.
