Wilma June Hardiman

Wilma June Hardiman, 58, of Robinson died on July 11, 2014 in the comfort of her home. She was born July 5, 1956 in Vincennes, IN, the daughter of George K. Rich & Hattie B. Lankford Rich. She was a member of the Robinson High School Class of 1974. For a time, she was the program coordinator with the Lawrence-Crawford Association for Exceptional Citizens. She was a dedicated grandmother and enjoyed spending time with them. An avid sports fan, she enjoyed watching Pittsburg Steelers football, Pittsburg Pirates baseball, Boston Celtics basketball, and Duke University basketball. Wilma is survived by her children, Mathew & Andrea Rich (Saint Charles, IL), Ann & Jason Dickerson (Robinson, IL), Brigit & Chris Scott (Robinson, IL), Ashley Bodine (Robinson, IL); eight grandchildren, Emily Calip, Ethan White, Claire Rich, Kasey Cornwell, Carleigh Dickerson, Aiden Rich, Conner White, and Kierstin White; three sisters, Gloria & Bob Johns (Decatur, IL), Shirley Beabout (Palestine, IL), Diane & Mike Stephens (Robinson, IL); her sisters-in-law, Pam Rich (Palestine, IL) and Karen Waggoner (Robinson, IL); as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Ed Rich; and her brother-in-law, Roger Beabout. As per her wishes, she will be cremated with no formal services to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lawrence-Crawford Association for Exceptional Citizens. The Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson is in charge of arrangements.
